Nestled in a peaceful mountain setting, Hotel-Restaurant Siesta Balea was a delightful retreat at 1,200 meters above sea level. We enjoyed the cozy room with a heavenly aroma and efficient heating, making our stay extremely comfortable. The traditional Romanian restaurant on-site served delectable meals, while the shared lounge and terrace added to the warm ambience of the place. The breathtaking views of the mountains and river from certain rooms were a treat for the eyes, enhancing our connection to the stunning Romanian nature. The property's proximity to activities like skiing, snowboarding, and rafting in the picturesque Fagaras Mountains made it an ideal base for adventure enthusiasts. The pet-friendly accommodation and access to barbecue facilities added a touch of homeliness to our experience. In all, Hotel-Restaurant Siesta Balea provided the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty for a memorable stay.
